Simply email us within 30 days of your receipt if you will be returning merchandise. You may send it back to us at the address below, and we will refund you the full cost of the items returned in original condition or offer you store merchandise credit. We do not refund original shipping costs or “return” shipping costs.

-Securely pack your merchandise and original packing slip in a box or envelope. You may use the original packaging if possible.
-Clearly mark the address of the location on the outside of your package.

When returned by mail, please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipment date for your return to be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-7 days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
