SHIPPING POLICY

THANK YOU FOR VISITING AND SHOPPING AT THE WILD CHILD MARKETPLACE.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped along with a tracking number.

We currently only ship to Canada. If you have a shipping request outside of our shipping area, please contact us and we can review as a case by case basis and we will email you back with an estimate.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

We expedite through Canada Post.
We offer $14.00 flat rate shipping in Canada on all orders.
Free shipping on orders over $50.00

PICK-UP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at my location. Select local pickup at checkout, and your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 2-3 days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

The Wild Child Marketplace is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES

We are not liable for any products or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Canada Post to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
